For Sale - My Ducati!
Make: Ducati
Year: 2001
Model: M900
Miles 8447

This bike has never been raced, dropped, nor has the front tire ever left the ground! However, pulling away from a stop sign, getting on the freeway, or anytime I felt I could get away with getting on the throttle a little, I always did!

This has been a great bike for basic commuting back and forth to school (only a mile away), taking an occasional ride into the country, or a quick jaunt down to the ice cream shop – I’ve enjoyed this bike very much and if you’re the lucky next owner you will enjoy it too!

Bike History:
I purchased this bike with 8 miles on it and I am the second owner. The previous owner had won the bike from Lake Country Power Sports during the Rock 102.1 Manly March contest – he picked up his winnings, took it home, and parked it in the garage. When I purchased the bike I was told it had 6 miles on it when he had picked it up and that a  couple of his friends had rode the motorcycle up and down the street a couple of times.

Service Work History:
The bike has always been services professionally, except in the winter when I would store it in my garage – I would add Stable to the fuel and remove the battery.

Corse Supersports in Suakville WI completed the 6000-mile major tune-up, along with most other maintenance items until they went out of business. The only two other companies that have ever touched the bike, other than Lake Country Powersports who assembled the bike, are Redline Powersports that performed an oil change, and Action Powersports who also performed an oil change.

Bike Mechanical Overview:
This bike is almost 100% stock! The only items that are not stock are the custom paint job and the kickstand override that allows you to start it with the kickstand down in neutral position.

The tires have about 1000 miles on them and they were put on shortly after I had the 6000 mile tune-up completed. I failed to have the 6000 mile tune-up completed at 6000 miles, it was completed at about 7500 miles.

Bike Overall Rating:
Mechanically this bike is a 10, hands down! Cosmetically the bike is a 9 – there is a small scratch on the one tailpipe that is about 6 inches long and a pencil head wide. In addition, there are also scuff marks around the area where the ignition is located - please see the photos below.
